ON THE RECORD WITH PAUL DAVIS
Paul Davis has been a DJ and promoter of Mod, Soul and Ska events since 1987.
Buying records since he was 10, Paul has built up a collection of close to 4000 records, of most genres, though steadfastly refuses to listen to Country and Rod Stewart. His first stint at radio presenting was on North Dublin Community Radio in 1986, then further shows on local radio throughout the 90s.
He spent two years on Barrelhouse Radio before moving to Thames FM in July 2023 and presents his weekly "On The Record" show at midday every Saturday. An all vinyl show as he is, by his own admission, not into them CD or MP3 things. Tune in for a, "You never know what you might hear," show, but you won't hear Country or Rod Stewart. Currently the organiser of Bubbles Mod Night in Dublin, celebrating its 14th year in 2024 and author of Dublin Mod novel, "Out Of Time."
Available on Amazon and he'll refund your money if you don't like it! As shameless plugs go, that's right up there! Catch his past shows here
